Good features, slow support
We've been using Tellent for our Performance Management for about three months. The Goal Tracking and 360 Degree Feedback features are really powerful and have helped streamline our review process. However, when we had a question about customizing a report, it took a few days to get a detailed response from support. The platform itself is strong, but faster customer service would make it even better value for money.
